On March 7-8, 2009, we anticipate hosting one of the premier halter and fleece shows in the nation with a Level IV halter and Level II fleece show.

In 2009 we are again hosting Open Gelding Classes which will pay premiums. Again this year we are having a Handcrafters' Spin-Off along with our usual halter, performance, and fleece show activities. We will again feature alpaca care seminars by Dr. Norm Evans of Lama Wellness Service. The SeAA Store will have alpaca merchandise available for sale. And the always popular and record-setting SeAA Silent Auction will reign on the Calsonic Mezzanine. Again in 2009 the Herd Sire Breedings part of the Auction will be a Live Auction held Saturday night following the dinner and this year we'll have live blue-grass music for your entertainment.

Judges

Our judges for the 2009 show will be Jude Anderson for huacaya male halter classes, Kristin Buhrmann for Huacaya female and all Suri halter classes, and Tim Lavan for fleece and performance. Cathy Songer will again judge the Handcrafters' Spin-Off.
