| 8:30 am | Mandatory Exhibitors' meeting |
| 9:00 am | Southern Select 2008 opens to public |
| 9:30 am | RING 1: Halter Classes begin, males RING 2: Performance Classes begin, females FLEECE: Judging begins in the Hall of Fame Room |
| 10:00 am | Seminar — Dr. Norm Evans - Alpaca Care |
| 12:00 noon | ARENA: Performance Classes begin |
| 2:00 pm | Seminar — Dr. Norm Evans - Alpaca Care |
| 5:00 pm | Halter classes recess, close to public |
| 5:30 pm | Social hour — Blue Ribbon Circle |
| 6:30 pm | Dinner (must pre-purchase tickets on registration form) Blue Ribbon Circle. Blue-grass musicians after dinner. |
| 7:30 pm | Live Auction-Herd Sire Breedings begins — open to everyone Blue Ribbon Circle. |
Sunday, March 2nd
| 9:00 am | Open to Public, halter classes continue, fleece judging continues |
| 11:30 am | Raffle ends |
| 12:30 pm | Silent Auction ends |
| 3:00 pm | Fleece check-out, break down of displays |
| 4:00 pm | Close to Public, Alpaca checkout |
Schedule is subject to change as needed to create a smooth running show.
Lunch breaks will be announced.

October 15, 2007: Early Bird Sponsors due.
November 1, 2007: Handcrafters' Spin-Off entries postmarked.
January 4, 2008: All Show Sponsorships due, all Advertising in Show Book due, all Vendor Applications due.
January 25, 2008: Entries completed and postmarked — Halter, Fleece, and Registration forms.
February 22, 2008: Dinner Ticket deadline.
