Volunteer Opportunities
There will be a display of members' creations of alpaca goods — clothes, art, furnishings. All your creativity with your alpacas' fiber may be on display.
The items will not be judged. Please bring all your best creations. Kathie Haber is in charge. Please contact Kathie, Kathie@hahafarm.com., with items you will be displaying.
Volunteer!
All shows depend on volunteers as one of the most important ways to support the event. Everyone's time is valuable so share what time you can to help this event run as smoothly as possible. We all will appreciate any time you can give. You may contact Kay Kemp at 931-684-1700 to have your name put on this very important list.
Silent Auction
Donated items will be greatly appreciated for the silent auction. There is no item that is too small. Suggested items to donate are halters, lead ropes, health items, general husbandry items, clothing, millwork, trinkets, jewelry, ornaments, yarn, roving, etc. Part of the proceeds will go to alpaca research.
• Bids on the Silent Auction items will close Sunday at 12:30 PM.
